How do you charge for Property Management?
We structure our property management fees into different categories to ensure clarity and fairness for both owners and our team. Some services are commission-based, while others have set monthly fees.
To provide an accurate quote, we need to physically inspect the property. A walkthrough allows us to assess the condition of the house and its key systems (plumbing, water, electrical, etc.). Additionally, if an owner requests us to manage upcoming projects outside the scope of our contract, this may incur an additional fee.

How is accounting handled?
Traditional monthly reports are a thing of the past. We use real-time, Cloud-based spreadsheets that allow owners and their accountants to access financial records at any time.
Typically, within 24 hours of an expense, it is recorded in the house budget spreadsheet. A common frustration among homeowners before working with us is the lack of transparency regarding where their money is going and the long delays in receiving reports. With our system, this is no longer an issue.
